Based on this case and the existing literature, the following conclusions can be drawn:<br \/>\n\u2022 Acute genital ulcer is an uncommon condition that may appear in adolescents, often before the onset of sexual activity, and is typically associated with a viral infection.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lipsch\u00fctz ulcer is not caused by sexually transmitted infections.<br \/>\n\u2022 During the initial clinical assessment, the possibility of herpes infection should be considered, as it is a common cause of painful genital rash.<br \/>\n\u2022 Management is primarily symptomatic, focusing on pain relief.
