This review discusses the importance of systematic UX evaluation in medical software and presents validated instruments (SUS, UMUX-Lite, NuHISS) for structured and comparable assessment. Drawing on a case study from Estonia\u2019s J\u00e4rvamaa Hospital (2024\u20132025), this article demonstrates the practical value of systematic UX measurement.
