The diagnostic methods and the treatment procedures applied during the patient`s hospital stay are presented. Because of unstable haemodynamics and shock, revascularization therapy of the acute coronary syndrome was first used in order to stabilize haemodynamic parameters. After successful revascularization, a gastric resection and a duodenal decompressed drainage were performed due to complicated duodenal perforation.
