Abstract
Castleman`s disease is a rare lymphoproliferative disease of a unilocular or multilocular nature. The disease is usually asypmtomatic , which makes its diagnosis difficult. In the reported case the patient had unclear nontypical symptoms and the diagnosis was made after surgery and histopathological investigation. In the case of the unilocular disease, like the present one, surgical treatment is curative requiring no adjuvant therapy.
