Abstract

Article describes the evolution of eTEP technique in the treatment of hernias and with three short case reports illustrates these trends and new techniques. The case reports are first reports of using extraperitoneal laparoscopic approach to treating a Spigelian hernia, lateral extraperitoneal laparoscopic access and the use of PeTEP for the treatment of midline hernia and diastasis recti in Estonia.
