Abstract

Stroke in the neonatal period is increasingly recognized, but is still underdiagnosed. Neonatal stroke according to our study occurs in 1:1200 per 1:2000 live births. The main clinical features of radiological assays include focal seizures and lethargy in the neonatal period and hemiparesis and epilepsy in older children.
