Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) is one of the key components of COPD treatment, which is costeffective but underused worldwide. At present, the possibilities of PR in Estonia do not correspond to the real need. The main priority of hospitals is orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation. The PR service provided in Estonia needs significant development. It is important to create a system and specialized centres.
